Manage Returning Customers

Customer section feature description

Save and reuse customer details for faster bookings

Store and manage customer information in a centralized system, allowing you to quickly reuse passenger details when creating new bookings. This helps reduce manual entry and ensures consistent customer data across your operations.

How it helps your business

  • Improves operational efficiency with structured customer records

  • Keeps customer information organized in one central place

  • Supports account-based bookings for regular and business customers

  • Speeds up booking creation by reusing saved customer details

  • Reduces errors from repeated manual data entry

How it works

As your business grows, you start handling repeat customers—individual passengers as well as companies with multiple contacts.

  • Instead of entering their details again for every booking, the system stores this information within the Customers section, where each customer acts as an account.

  • When you create a customer, you can add all relevant company details and link multiple contacts (passengers) to that account. Over time, this builds a structured database of your regular customers and their associated contacts.

  • Saving these contacts also allows you to offer “on account” payments, enabling customers to book rides and be billed later instead of paying immediately.

  • Now, when creating a new booking, you simply begin typing the passenger’s name. The system instantly recognizes matching contacts from your stored customer data and shows them as suggestions. With a single selection, the passenger’s details are automatically filled into the booking form—saving time and reducing the chance of errors.

  • This means that whether it’s a frequent individual rider or a company with multiple passengers, you can handle bookings quickly and consistently without repeating the same steps.
