Make repeat bookings faster by remembering your customers
Returning customers don’t need to start from scratch every time. With built-in customer accounts, the system remembers their details, booking history, and preferences—making future bookings quicker, smoother, and more accurate.
How it helps your business
Faster repeat bookings with pre-filled customer details
Fewer errors by eliminating repeated manual data entry
Stronger customer relationships through a smoother experience
Easy access to booking history & invoices for customers
Support for on-account bookings for business and corporate clients
How it works
A customer lands on your booking page for the first time. Instead of being treated as a one-time visitor, they can create an account and become part of your system.
Customers sign up or log in from the Web Booker
From the booking page, they click Login / Sign up in the top bar and create their account. Once logged in, their details are saved for future use.Or you create customers directly from the portal
As an operator, go to Customers → + Add customer, add company or individual details, and manage contacts linked to that account.Customer details are automatically remembered
After the first booking or signup:Personal details are pre-filled
Frequent addresses are reused
Booking becomes quicker and more accurate
Customers manage their own bookings
Once logged in, they can:View booking history
Download receipts or invoices
Rebook trips without re-entering details
For customers enabled with pay on account:
Bookings can be made without immediate payment
Trips are linked to the customer account
Invoices are generated based on your billing setup
Payments are settled later as per agreed terms
Everything is centralized for the operator
In the customer account, you can:Edit details
Manage contacts
Track all bookings and invoices
Over time, this creates a seamless experience for repeat customers—turning occasional users into loyal clients while reducing manual effort for your team.
