The Coupons section allows you to create and enable coupon codes that can be made available for your Web Booker(s). Access this section by navigating to Settings > Coupons.

Creating a New Coupon
Click the plus sign (+) in the bottom right corner to create a new coupon.
Coupon Configuration
When creating a coupon, the following information and options are available:
Basic Information
Coupon code - Create your unique coupon code identifier (e.g., 'DEMO10')
Name - Give your coupon code a descriptive name for internal reference
Coupon Type
Choose the type of discount your coupon will provide:
Percentage per job - Set a discount percentage that applies to each job (e.g., 10% off)
Fixed amount per job - Set a fixed amount discount that applies to each job (e.g., €5 off)
Credit - Create a credit coupon that customers can use until the credit balance is completely redeemed
Redemption Limits
Control how and when coupons can be used with the following restrictions:
Limit the date range when customers can redeem this coupon - Activate a specific date range during which the coupon is valid
Limit the total number of times this coupon can be redeemed - Set the maximum number of total redemptions across all customers
Limit the times this coupon can be redeemed per customer - Set how many times a specific customer can use the coupon
Limit coupon credit balance per customer - For credit coupons, limit how much credit can be applied per booking
Managing Coupons
Once created, the coupon will appear in your coupon overview where you can view, edit, or disable active coupons.
