The Coupons section allows you to create and enable coupon codes that can be made available for your passengers on Web Booker(s).
Access this section by navigating to Settings > Coupons from the left sidebar
Coupons are available on the Pro and Full plans.

Creating a new coupon
Click the '+ Add Coupon' in the Top right corner of the coupons module to create a new coupon.
When creating a coupon, the following information and options are available:
Basic Information
Coupon code - Create your unique coupon code identifier (e.g., 'DEMO10')
Name - Give your coupon code a descriptive name for internal reference
Coupon Type
Choose the type of discount your coupon will provide:
Percentage per job - Set a discount percentage that applies to each job (e.g., 10% off)
Fixed amount per job - Set a fixed amount discount that applies to each job (e.g., €5 off)
Credit - Create a credit coupon that customers can use until the credit balance is completely redeemed
Redemption Limits
Control how and when coupons can be used with the following restrictions:
Limit by date range → Defines the time period during which the coupon can be used by setting a start and end date; the coupon will automatically become inactive before the start date and after the expiry date.
Limit total usage → Sets the maximum number of times the coupon can be redeemed across all customers; once this limit is reached, the coupon becomes unavailable for further use.
Limit usage per customer → Restricts how many times an individual customer can use the same coupon, preventing repeated usage by a single user.
Limit coupon credit per customer → Specifies the maximum total discount value (in currency) a single customer can receive using the coupon; once this limit is reached, the coupon can no longer be applied for that customer.
Coupons overview
Once created, the coupon will appear in your coupon overview where you can view, edit, or disable active coupons. By clicking the three-dot menu (⋮) next to your Coupon
