How it works
As a customer completes their booking, they have the option to enter a coupon code—just like they would when ordering online or booking a service.
When a valid coupon code is entered, the system instantly checks if it applies to that booking
Behind the scenes, your configured rules determine whether the coupon can be used:
Is the booking within the valid date range?
Has the coupon reached its usage limit?
Has the customer already used it before?
If all conditions are met:
The discount is applied automatically
The customer sees the updated price before confirming the booking
You decide how the discount works:
Offer a percentage discount per booking
Provide a fixed amount discount per booking
Or create credit-based coupons that can be used over multiple bookings
You also control how widely the coupon can be used:
Limit it to a specific time period
Restrict total usage across all customers
Control usage per customer to prevent overuse
Once created, coupons can be monitored and managed anytime—allowing you to run promotions and adjust them as needed
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on a Pro or Full plan
Coupons are created in Settings → Coupons. Coupon type, limits, and validity conditions are properly configured
A working Web Booker is active to allow customers to apply coupons
