Running a school or learning centre means juggling a lot of information — from student enrollments to payments and class attendance.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce four brand-new dashboards in Teach ’n Go designed to help you see what’s happening in your school at a glance and make smarter, faster decisions.

With clear visuals, key stats, and easy-to-read insights, these dashboards give you everything you need to stay on top of your people, classes, payments, and communications.

1. People dashboard

Get a quick overview of everyone connected to your school — students, teachers, and prospects — all in one place.

The People dashboard shows:

  • 🧑‍🎓 New students, teachers, related contacts, and prospects

  • 📊 Student enrollment tenure (how long students have been enrolled)

  • 💰 Top revenue-generating and most active teachers

  • 🎂 Upcoming birthdays and contact insights

This dashboard helps you spot trends in student engagement, see who your most active teachers are, and identify growth opportunities.

Tip: Use these insights to celebrate milestones or reach out to long-term students — small gestures that strengthen relationships.

2. Classes dashboard

Stay on top of class performance and attendance with the Classes dashboard.

Here, you’ll see:

  • 📚 Number of active classes and enrollments

  • 🕒 Attendance breakdown (present, absent, late)

  • 🏆 Students with the highest attendance

  • 🎵 Most popular and top revenue-generating classes

  • 🏫 Most used rooms and lesson types

It’s a simple way to track what’s working and where you might need to step in. For example, if attendance drops in a specific subject, you can reach out early to keep students engaged.

3. Payments dashboard

Keeping track of your school’s income and outstanding payments has never been easier.

The Payments dashboard gives you:

  • 💵 Total revenue received

  • ⏰ Outstanding payments due and upcoming fees

  • 👩‍🏫 Fees generated by each teacher

  • 📊 Payment status breakdown (settled, overdue, up to date)

It’s your all-in-one view of financial performance, helping you stay on top of collections and cash flow.

Pro tip: Use this dashboard regularly to follow up on overdue payments before they become a problem — and forecast your school’s income for the next term.

4. Communications dashboard

Great communication keeps your school community connected.

The Communications dashboard tracks all messages sent from Teach ’n Go, so you can see what’s been delivered and by whom.

You’ll find:

  • ✉️ Number of emails, SMS, and announcements sent

  • 📬 Delivery success rates

  • 👩‍💻 Message senders and total messages

It’s a simple but powerful way to ensure your announcements, reminders, and updates are reaching the right people.

Example: You can easily check if an important reminder was delivered — and follow up with anyone who might’ve missed it.

Why these dashboards matter

Together, these dashboards give you a complete picture of your school’s performance — without needing to dig through multiple reports.

They save time, reduce admin stress, and help you make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and student satisfaction.
