Class enrolment and unenrolment reports

How to see which students enrolled in or left a class, and when. The Filters panel narrows by class, student and date only — there is no teacher filter, though teacher shows as a column.

The Class enrolment and Class unenrolment reports give you a dated record of students joining and leaving classes — useful for tracking sign-ups, cancellations, and class growth over time.

Your school may use different names for students, teachers and classes. If you don't see these reports, ask your admin to check your permissions.

Finding the reports

Go to Reports → Class reports. You'll see both Class enrolment and Class unenrolment as separate report options.

What they show

Each row is one enrolment or unenrolment event. Columns available on both reports include: class, subject, level, class type, class start date, class end date, teacher, student, and enrolment date (or unenrolment date on the unenrolment report).

These reports are event-based, not a snapshot. A student who enrolled before your date range and is still active produces no row in that range — the reports track join/leave events, not who's currently enrolled. To see who's teaching a class right now, check the class itself rather than these reports.

Filtering and searching

Use the Filters panel to narrow by class, student, or date range. There is no teacher filter — teacher only appears as a column, so you can't narrow the report to one teacher's classes. Use the search box for free-text filtering across the visible columns.

Exporting

Click Export on either report to download an Excel file. Exports respect your active filters and selected columns.
