In Teach ’n Go, Classes (also called courses, groups, sessions, or programmes) can be created for both 1-on-1 lessons and group learning. This guide explains how to set up a new class and configure its schedule, pricing, and enrolments.

Step 1: Start creating a class

  1. Click the + Add button in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Class.

Step 2: Enter class details

Complete the class form with the relevant information.

  • The Class name is the only required field.

  • Optional fields include:

    • Class subject

    • Class level

    • Class description

    • Class code

If the new class is similar to an existing one, you can click Copy from existing class in the top-right corner to reuse settings.

Step 3: Select a teacher and classroom

Choose the Teacher who will deliver the class from the existing teacher list.

You can also select a Classroom if your school uses room assignments.

Step 4: Configure the schedule

Choose how the class will be scheduled.

You can create:

  • Recurring lessons – weekly classes on specific days and times

  • Custom dates – individual lesson dates for short courses or workshops

If School holidays are configured in School settings, those dates will automatically be skipped.

Step 5: Set pricing

Define the pricing structure for the class.

Options include:

  • Hourly fees

  • Monthly fees

  • Custom fees

  • No fees

You can also edit fees for individual lessons or months if needed.

Step 6: Enrol students

Add students by selecting them and moving them into the class.

To save time, you can also click Copy from class to import the student list from another class.

Step 7: Set the publish date

The Publish date controls when the class becomes visible to teachers, students, and related contacts.

  • Leaving this field blank makes the class visible immediately.

  • Setting a date delays visibility until that time.

Step 8: Save the class

Click Save to create the class.

After saving:

  • You will be redirected to the Class details page.

  • Lessons will appear on the admin, teacher, and student calendars.

Teach ’n Go makes it simple to create, schedule, and manage classes for both individual and group learning.
