Teach 'n Go has a waitlist for one-to-one lesson booking slots. There is no waitlist for group classes — if a group class is full, students cannot join a queue for it.

If you don't see the booking or settings options below, ask your admin to check your permissions.

Once enabled, students who try to book a one-to-one slot that is already taken will see an option to join the waitlist instead.

When a booked slot opens up — because the original booking was cancelled — the system emails the first person on the waitlist to let them know the slot is available. This email is first come, first served: it does not automatically enrol or reserve the slot for the waitlisted student. The student must act on the email and complete the booking themselves before someone else does.

You can view and manage waitlist entries from the booking slot's detail view in the admin panel. Admins can remove students from the waitlist manually if needed.
