Administrators can easily manage lessons within any class in Teach ’n Go. This guide walks you through how to access class details and add, edit, or delete lessons to ensure your schedule stays accurate and organised.
Editing class details
Go to the Classes section from the left-hand menu.
Select the class you want to edit from the list.
On the Class details page, click the Class schedule section to view all lessons linked to that class.
From here, you can add new lessons, edit existing ones, or delete lessons as needed.
Adding lessons
In the Class schedule section, click Add lessons.
In the pop-up window, fill in the required details, including:
Lesson name
Date and time
Duration
Any additional notes or details
Click Save to add the new lesson to the class schedule.
Tip: You can add multiple lessons at once for faster scheduling.
Editing lessons
Go to the Class timings section of the class.
Find the lesson you want to edit and click the Edit icon.
Update the necessary details — such as lesson name, date, time, or duration.
Click Save changes to confirm.
Deleting a lesson
In the Class schedule section, find the lessons you wish to delete.
Click the Delete icon next to the lesson.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Warning: Deleting a lesson permanently removes it from the class schedule. This action cannot be undone.
