The Book lessons feature in Teach 'n Go enables both new and existing students to sign up for lessons based on their time preference. Using this feature, schools can streamline the lesson booking process, save time on admin, and improve the experience for students. It works particularly well for one-to-one lessons.

1. Set teacher availability
Start by defining each teacher's availability — the times they are free to deliver lessons. These are the only slots students will be offered.
Go to the teacher's profile.
Open the Availability tab.
Click Edit time and set the recurring schedule — days of the week and time slots.
Save your changes.
2. Create bookable lessons
Go to School settings → Registration pages → Booking system.
Click Add a bookable lesson.
Complete the bookable lesson form. You can attach several teachers to the same subject, giving students a choice of instructor and time slot.
3. Share your booking page
Once set up, students can book through your booking page. The link is in School settings → Registration pages → Booking system. Share it with students or embed it in your school's website. Existing students also reach it from a menu option in the school portal.
You can also enable Request upfront payments, allowing students to pay when they book. This requires PayPal or Stripe to be set up first.
How it works for students
Students choose between booking lessons or enrolling in classes, if you have activated class booking.
If they choose Book lessons, they see the available bookable lessons.
They select a lesson and teacher, then choose from the slots set by that teacher's availability.
After choosing a slot, they register as a new student or log in as an existing one.
If upfront payments are enabled, they are directed to pay via Stripe or PayPal.
On successful enrolment, the student receives a confirmation email and the school admin is notified.
Advanced filtering
You can create specific URLs for specific bookable lessons using the bookable lesson ID, or the subject and level.

The lesson booking feature lets students choose their lesson, teacher and time slot, and complete enrolment themselves. Upfront payments add further convenience for both students and schools.
