How to invite teachers, students and parents to the school portal

Teach 'n Go becomes more enjoyable when everyone is on board. Inviting teachers, students, and parents to join the portal is a simple process. Here's how you can do it:

Individual Invitations:

  1. Go to the People section in Teach 'n Go.

  2. Select the student, teacher, or related contact you wish to invite.

  3. On their profile tab, click 'Invite to Portal' at the bottom.

  4. On the invitation page, print or send the invitations via email. Each invitation includes instructions on creating an account and an Activation code linking them to your school.

  5. Sending by email is the easiest – the recipient clicks the link, activates their account, sets up a username and password, and they're in!

Bulk Invitations

Invitations can be sent in bulk, streamlining the onboarding process for multiple members of your school community. For bulk invitations:

  1. Visit the People section.

  2. Select multiple individuals by checking the checkboxes next to their names.

  3. Click 'More' and choose 'Invite to Portal.'

Teach 'n Go encourages collaboration, making the educational experience more engaging for everyone involved.
