Inviting people to your School Portal helps everyone stay connected and engaged. You can send individual or bulk invitations to teachers, students, and parents directly from Teach ’n Go.
Individual invitations
Go to the People section in Teach ’n Go.
Select the student, teacher, or related contact you want to invite.
Scroll to the bottom of their profile and click Invite to portal.
- You’ll see if the user has already signed up and their last login date.
On the invitation page, choose whether to print or send the invitation by email.
- Each invitation includes instructions and a unique activation link.
Sending by email is usually easiest — recipients click the link, create a username and password, and gain access instantly.
Send bulk invitations
If you need to invite multiple users, you can send invitations in bulk to save time.
Go to the People section.
Select multiple individuals using the checkboxes next to their names.
Click Invite to portal to open the invitation page.
Choose to print or email the invitations.
Bulk invitations streamline onboarding and make it easy to engage your whole school community at once.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive an email? Ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder.
Email already used? The person may already have a portal account — check their login details in People.
Need to resend? Repeat the steps above to send a fresh invitation.
Unable to log in? Please ensure their access is turned on at the bottom of their profile page.
