Teach 'n Go thrives on collaboration and inclusivity. By inviting your teachers, students, and parents to join the school portal, you foster a sense of community and ensure everyone stays connected and engaged.

What can people see and do in the school portal?

Teachers: By default, teachers have access only to their assigned classes and students. They can efficiently manage attendance, notes, and behaviour tracking within their designated classes. However, they do not have access to financial information such as fees and payments. Admins can customize teacher permissions as needed by navigating to the Permissions tab in the teacher's profile settings. You can learn more about teacher permissions here.

Students: Students gain access to various features within the portal to enhance their learning experience. They can easily view their class schedules, track attendance, access behaviour records, and review shared notes from teachers. Additionally, students can view and download receipts for payments and monitor any overdue fees. You can also customise student permissions to suit your needs.

Related Contacts: Parents or other related contacts can enjoy the same level of access as students, enabling them to stay actively involved in the student's education. They can monitor the student's progress by viewing class schedules, attendance records, behaviour reports, and shared notes. This feature is especially useful for parents with multiple children enrolled in the school, as they can conveniently access information for all their children from a single platform.

Getting Started with Invitations

Inviting everyone to the school portal is a simple yet effective way to promote collaboration and transparency within your educational community. Students and parents love the portal's accessibility and convenience, ultimately contributing to a more professional and cohesive school environment.
