Recording attendance, notes, and behaviours for every lesson is made simple with Teach 'n Go. This feature not only helps you maintain comprehensive records but also encourages students to maintain their performance.

To Log Attendance, Notes and Behaviours:

  1. Access the Lesson Card: Click on a lesson from your dashboard, calendar, or class page to open the Lesson Card.

  2. Attendance: Click on the Attendance button to mark attendance for all students. Alternatively, hover over "Take Attendance" on each student's name to record individual attendance.

  3. Notes: To add notes, click on the "..." button on the student's thumbnail, then select "Add Note." Notes can be categorized as Private (visible only to teachers), Shared (visible to students and parents), or Admin Only (restricted to administrators).

  4. Behaviours: Choose the students you want to assign behaviours to, then click the "Behaviour" button. Behaviors can be categorized as Gold Stars (positive) or Red Flags (negative).

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Records: Maintain accurate records of attendance, student performance, and behaviour history.

  • Improved Communication: Share feedback with students and parents, fostering open communication and collaboration.
