SMS credits allow you to send text messages to students, parents, teachers, and other school members. This guide shows you where to top up your SMS credits and how the payment process works.
How to add SMS credits
You can top up your SMS credits from two places in Teach ’n Go.
1. Add from the profile menu
Click your Profile menu in the top-right corner.
Select Top up SMS credits.
2. Top up from the Group messaging page
Go to Communications.
Click on New message
Click Add SMS credits.
Complete your SMS top-up
Once you select a top-up option:
A pop-up window will appear.
Choose the SMS plan you want to purchase.
Select or enter your credit card payment method.
After payment, your credits are added instantly, and you can start sending SMS messages right away.
Important notes
SMS pricing varies depending on your country.
Your remaining SMS balance is always visible in the messaging area.
