In Teach 'n Go, archiving students is valuable when they are no longer active in your school, allowing you to retain essential data such as payments, fees, and contact information.

Why archive?

  1. Data preservation: Retain important data even for inactive students.

  2. Quota management: Archived students do not contribute to your student quota in the subscription plan.

How to archive

  1. Navigate to the student's profile page.

  2. Select the Archive option from the More menu on the right-hand side.

  3. Ensure the student is unenrolled from any active classes before archiving.

Bulk archiving

You can use the bulk actions menu for efficient archiving.

  1. Select your inactive students by clicking on the filter.

  2. Select the students who you want to archive.

  3. Select archive from the bulk actions menu.

View archived students

Select 'Archived' Status in the Students table to view the list of archived students.

How to un-archive

If the student becomes active again, unarchiving is possible from the More menu on the student profile.
