How to get help whenever you need it

We are always available to provide dedicated help and support on every step of your Teach 'n Go journey. Below are a few ways to get the help you need when you need it.

Onboarding banner

When you create an account with Teach 'n Go, you'll notice a Help Banner at the top of the page. The Help Banner has valuable links to articles to help you understand how Teach 'n Go works. If you've read the articles and are happy that you have grasped an understanding of how Teach 'n Go works, you can remove the banner at any time by clicking the remove banner button.

Teach 'n Go Help Centre

The Teach 'n Go Help Centre contains valuable articles that will answer some of your questions and explain how features work. To access the Help Centre, click on the profile button on the top right corner of the screen and click on the Help Centre link.

Here you will find many valuable articles on all the different aspects of Teach 'n Go.

Start a conversation with us

To start a conversation with our AI chatbot or a team member, click on the blue button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to see the support menu. Our team is always available to answer your questions and provide the support you need. You can start a conversation, and we will respond as soon as possible.
