Any text or display size issues are set by the tablet you are using and will affect the TeachKloud App. To reduce text size, zoom, or display settings, follow the instructions below in order:
Go to the Tablet's Settings for Text and Zoom Options:
Open Settings on your tablet.
Look for an area like Display or Font Size.
Adjust options such as Text / Font Size or Zoom to the lowest setting.
Reset Accessibility Features:
Go to Settings > Accessibility.
Check for features like:
Magnification: Turn this off if it's enabled.
Text and Display: Ensure high-contrast text or other enhancements are disabled.
Reset any customizations in this section to default.
Perform a Display Reset:
Go to Settings > System > Reset Options.
Select Reset Display Settings to restore default display configurations.
Delete and Re-install the App:
Uninstall the app from your device.
Re-install it to update to the latest version.
Check Tablet's Screen Resolution:
Open Settings > Display > Resolution (if available).
Ensure it is set to the recommended or highest option.
Update the Tablet:
Go to Settings > System > Software Update.
Ensure the tablet is updated to the latest Android version.
