The Albums feature helps educators and parents easily organise, save and download children’s photos in one place. Quickly download multiple images at once, create organised albums for special moments, learning experiences or events and easily access photos whenever needed.
How to access Albums:
Go to Daily Records
Select the green plus button
Choose View Albums in the top right-hand corner
Images from General Comments, Dispositions, Learning Stories and Chat will automatically appear here. Watch the tutorial video below, to see how it works:
The Albums feature is available to educators using the TeachKloud Childcare App and to parents using the TeachKloud for Parents App. Parents will only see images shared under their child’s profile.
