You can send voice notes using the General Comment and Health section in the TeachKloud Childcare App, making it even easier to record important information without typing.
How to send a voice note
Log in to the TeachKloud Childcare App.
Open the child's profile.
Navigate to the Daily Record section.
Tap the green + (Plus) button.
Select General Comment and Health.
Under the Voice Notes section, tap the + (Plus) button.
Record your voice message.
When you're finished, save the record to attach the voice note.
Tip
Voice notes are a quick and convenient way to share updates without having to type everything manually.
