When you report a post, your report is securely recorded by TeachKloud.
TeachKloud does not actively monitor or moderate communications between childcare services and their families. Each childcare service is responsible for managing the content shared within its own community and taking any action they consider appropriate.
If your concern relates to a child's safety, well-being or an urgent safeguarding matter, please contact your childcare service directly, rather than relying on the Report feature.
