Recover a Deleted Child Profile
When a child profile is removed, their profile remains in the Removed Children list for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
During this 30-day period, you can restore the child’s profile at any time. After 30 days, TeachKloud automatically deletes the profile permanently and it cannot be recovered.
If the child was removed less than 30 days ago, you can restore their profile here using the three grey dots next to the child's name.
What Does No Data Available Mean?
If there are no child profiles available to restore, the List of Removed Children section will display: “No data available in table.”
This means there are no removed child profiles currently within the 30-day recovery period. Profiles removed more than 30 days ago are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What if I Deleted a Child Profile More than 30 Days Ago?
When you select Yes to permanently delete a child profile, TeachKloud displays a confirmation message explaining what will happen, which must be agreed to before proceeding.
The child’s profile is then moved to Children > List of Removed Children for 30 days. During this time, you can restore the profile if needed.
After 30 days, TeachKloud permanently deletes the child’s profile and records. Once this happens, the information cannot be recovered.
