How do I delete an archived child?
Updated over 2 months ago

Warning: Deleting a child’s profile is a permanent action that removes all associated data. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered, if more than 30 days have passed since the deletion. Please confirm that this is the desired action before proceeding.

Steps to Delete an Archived Child's Profile:

  1. Unarchive the Child
To delete a child, first unarchive their profile:

    • Navigate to Children > Archive List.

    • Locate the child’s profile and unarchive it using the three grey dots (desktop) or if using a tablet / phone, use the green + button then the three grey dots and select unarchive.

  2. Delete the Child’s Profile
Once unarchived, go to Children > List of Children. Find the child's profile and:

    • Click on the three gray dots beside the child’s name.

    • Select Delete to permanently remove the profile.

  3. If Space Is Limited for Unarchiving
If you don’t have enough space to unarchive the child you wish to delete or do not wish to purchase an extra child space:

    • Archive an active child temporarily to create space.

    • Unarchive the child you intend to delete, then follow the deletion steps above.

    • After deleting, unarchive the temporarily archived child to restore them to active status.

Note: We strongly recommend archiving profiles of children who have left your service. If you choose to "Permanently delete" any child profile, the profile cannot be retrieved after the 30 day period. If within a 30 day period, it can be retrieved from Children > List of Removed Children.
