To delete a room you must delete all child profile sin that room, including archived children.
Archive List: Please note, if you delete child profiles and rooms, this deletes all of the data associated with these rooms/child profiles and cannot be retrieved.
Go to children > archive list
Use the search bar to search for the name of the room you'd like to delete
Using the three grey dots next to each child's name in the room you'd like to delete, select unarchive children
You can then go to Children > list of children and delete the relevant children. Deleting child profiles, deletes all of the data associated with those children, this data cannot be retrieved. It is advised to download all child records before deletion. After deleting all the child profiles, go to Rooms and using the three grey dots next to the room you wish to delete, select remove room.
Child Profiles: Please note, if you delete child profiles and rooms, this deletes all of the data associated with these rooms/child profiles and cannot be retrieved.
If the you wish to delete, has child profiles associated with it, you will need to delete those child profiles before deleting the room.
To delete child profiles: Go to children > list of children > three grey dots > remove
