Ratio's are based on your roster management schedule and the actual check in/out times that teachers input into the teacher timesheet via the TeachKloud: Childcare App.

For example, if your ratios are 18 teachers : 2 Children for the Preschool Room, you will need to schedule 2 teachers in that room and have 18 or fewer children to meet your ratios. 2 teachers will also need to check in using the teacher time sheet via the TeachKloud: Childcare App. Using our example above, if one of those teachers is marked as sick // absent or only one teacher is scheduled to work in the Preschool Room, TeachKloud will show a ratio error.

To solve this, ensure that you have enough teachers scheduled in each room using the roster management and that those teachers have checked in using the app.

View Ratios

Click on 'view' and then double click on the relevant calendar date and scroll to the bottom of the screen to see the ratio error.
