If you receive a note, stating that you have exceeded the limit on your billing plan, please follow the instructions below:
Log in here
Select TeachKloud Subscription (left hand side in the menu) or click > TeachKloud Subscription
Add the number of children you would like to add to the account) and purchase a subscription, using your credit or debit card.
After completing the above, you can add a new child profile by selecting Children > Add Child
