Important: When you move a child to a new room, you are given the option to automatically change attendance schedules to the new room. If this option is not selected, everything except attendance schedules are moved to the new room. Please see instructions below.
TIP: To avoid having to change an attendance schedule manually, tick the change all attendance box any time you are moving children to a new room (see screenshot)
Instructions
Log into the web interface and select attendance > schedule
Select the relevant room and child
Scroll down to view the calendar
Click the relevant date/schedule box you wish to make changes from
Change the room and select Save this change for all future [relevant day]
The above steps must be followed for each day the child attends.
