If you receive a message, stating that your email and/or password is incorrect, you will need to follow the below instructions to gain access to your account. However, if you have never created a TeachKloud account, you will need to download the app, scroll down and select 'create an account.'
Reset Password for Existing Accounts: Log In Page of the App
Please go to the log in page of the app and select forgot password (see first image below)
Enter the email you were invited to TeachKloud with
Check your email (inbox or spam/junk folder) for the code
Enter the code into the TeachKloud app (see second image below)
Enter your new password

If you have not created a TeachKloud account, you will need to download the app, scroll down in the log in page and select 'create an account.'
Child Registration/Enrolment for Parents: If you received an email invite to register your child and had previously created an account using the TeachKloud for Parents App but have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it using the app (see above for password reset guidance). Passwords cannot be reset using the enrolment form.
If you have not created a TeachKloud account yet, you will need to create an account using the app, before you can log into the enrolment form. Please note, that you may have been invited to the app but not the enrolment form. If invited to the enrolment form, you will receive an email inviting you to complete the child registration / enrolment form. If this email is not received, you have not been invited and will not be able to access the enrolment form.
