Option 1: Billing Cycles, Types & Hourly Rates

Understand how billing cycles, types and hourly rates work (recommended).

Option 2: Billing Parents Session Rates

Charge based on sessions in the attendance schedule. If you haven't already, please watch video above first, as important information like billing cycles are explained there.

Option 3: Subscription Packages

Subscription Packages allow you to create a fixed monthly fee for a child’s care, while still giving you the flexibility to invoice parents on a recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Option 4: Daily Rates

Daily rates can be linked to subsidies and monetary discounts, they cannot be linked to funded hours. Daily rates are linked to the attendance schedule.

Option 5: Manual Invoicing or Term Time / Instalment Invoices

Manual invoices enable you to send invoices as a once-off payment or for invoices that require payment by instalments. Click here to learn more.
