I have created a new room on the web interface but can't see it on the app

When a new room is created, you will need to give the relevant staff members access to the new room, in order for it to be visible to the selected staff on the TeachKloud: Childcare App.

Using the School Interface, select staff > staff list > three grey dots (next to the relevant staff members name) > manage rooms to give the staff access to the new room.

Follow the above steps for all staff who require access to the new room or watch the video below to see these steps in action.
