You want to copy an existing learning story, without needing to re-write everything from scratch

You want to save time

Log into the TeachKloud: Childcare App

Select the ABC button (second button, bottom of screen) to navigate to the learning story section

Select any previously published learning story

Select the three white dots (top right hand corner) > Duplicate learning story

All of the previously added image/textual contents will show. You will need to add the relevant children that the story pertains to.

Don't forget to crosscheck all contents of the story, before publishing or sharing with parents. For example, if the make this learning story visible to parents, was selected in the original story, it will be selected in the duplicated story. Crosscheck to ensure all elements are correct before publishing or sharing.

You can always edit or delete the story (when needed).
