View when parents have "Seen" a record, using the TeachKloud: Childcare App

This feature is available for daily records and learning stories

Updated over a year ago

How Does it Work?

  1. Sending Records: Educators send records or updates to parents using the TeachKloud Childcare App.

  2. Notification to Parents: Parents receive these records on the TeachKloud for Parents App.

  3. Scrolling Through Records: As parents scroll through the records, the app automatically marks them as "Seen" (see screenshot). If a record was not sent to parents or was sent but has not been seen by a parent, the app marks it as "Unseen."

  4. Educator View: Educators can view which records have been marked as "Seen" by parents.

The seen feature is available for daily records and learning stories.

Benefits of the "Seen" Feature

  • Enhanced Communication: This feature aids in ensuring that parents are aware of the updates or records sent.

  • Time-Efficient: It saves time for educators, by providing a quick indication of parental acknowledgment.
