How does management add individual or site-wide holidays for children?
Please Note
Holidays can only be added by management using the website but staff can mark children as absent at any time using the attendance section on the app.
Using the web interface, select attendance schedule > add holidays
Using the drop down box select the relevant room and children or select “entire school” if the holiday applies to a site-wide closure or holiday like Christmas.
Input the date and holiday type. Tip: Under holiday type, select other, if you'd like to input a specific description of the holiday/closure
Please crosscheck before saving, as schedules can only be edited individually after holidays are applied.
