Your childcare service may be forced to close temporarily, due to events such as flooding, heating breakdown or similar. We recommend documenting this on TeachKloud, for accurate record keeping.
To add a closure of your childcare service, follow the instructions below:
Click here OR log into the Web Interface > attendance > schedule > add holidays
Select the first drop down box and choose: 'For Entire School'
Select the relevant dates (multiple OR a date range)
For Holiday Type, select Other. Enter a one to two word reason, for the forced closure. For example, "Flooding."
