After logging in, Teamio will welcome you on the Homepage, where you will find an overview of your ongoing work - a summary of candidates for whom some action is expected from you, an overview of active recruitment campaigns, any interviews you have scheduled, as well as information on how you communicate with candidates (marked "Responds within 2 weeks").
Main menu
On the left side of Teamio, you will find the main menu, from where you can access all tabs:
Overview refers to the homepage.
In the Recruitment tab, you will find list of all your active and archived recruitment campaigns and with the help of filters, you can also access those of your colleagues.
The Candidates tab is your own database, where you will find all your candidates who have responded to vacancies and also have a valid consent for the processing of personal data.
In the CV database, you can find suitable candidates for the position you need to fill.
The E-shop tab offers an overview of all your purchased services and their validity, and of course, you can also purchase additional services directly here.

In the Interview calendar, you can see an overview of all your scheduled and completed interviews.
Statistics will help you evaluate your recruitment campaigns.
Top bar
The top bar contains the Bell with notifications and also an envelope icon, through which you can access your Inbox.
On the left, you will find search field for candidates by name or e-mail address. We display this search engine throughout Teamio.
Your candidates
On the Your candidates card, we display all candidates that need to be "worked on":
New - to be evaluated across all your active positions.
Waiting for response, candidates who need to be contacted to maintain the Responds within two weeks label.
Candidates In your inbox, who you can assign to the relevant vacancies, and thus include them in the recruitment campaign.
Candidates Waiting after interview who are waiting for you to let them know if they will proceed further in the selection process.
Your active recruitments
On this card, you will find an overview of all your active recruitment campaigns. Within this card, you can scroll down to access all your recruitment campaigns. Through the job title, you can click on column overview of candidates.

"Responds within two weeks" label
In the top right, we display information about what percentage of candidates received a response from you within 14 days of sending their CV to your company. The first number shows the rating for the entire company, the second number indicates how successful you personally are in initial communication with candidates.
Scheduled interviews
Below that, you can see another important overview - all your scheduled interviews. By clicking on the candidate's name, you will access their card, where you can change the interview date or cancel it completely. In the case that you have a scheduled video interview from Teamio, you can log in to it via the camera icon.
Remaining subscription
At the very bottom, you have information about the remaining subscription. You can click through from here to detailed overview of all your services to the E-shop.
