Extension of your system
This is a solution designed for corporations and international companies with their own internal system (e.g. SAP SF, Taleo, Datacruit, etc.), which is used as a primary job posting tool.
The process on the side of Teamio is very fast and usually takes no more than 24 hours. The service then must be implemented into your internal system. We are unable to influence this phase, but we will provide your system department or third party with our full support.
Implementation ready for integration
The position import service is designed to be universal and can be connected to almost any internal system. We have experience with implementation in many companies and the most widely used internal systems.
How does it work from Teamio's perspective?
Thanks to this service, all positions are displayed directly in Teamio as drafts of the positions being displayed. From there, you can immediately start working with them, i.e. edit the positions and then publish them on the selected portals through Teamio.

Contact your guarantor on the Alma Career side and say that you are interested in setting up the service. If you are not sure who your guarantor is, our helpdesk will find out for you in no time.
Find out who the administrator of your internal system is.
Contact this administrator and check with them whether your external system is capable of working with the HTTPS protocol.

Your Alma Career guarantor will ensure that the service is operational on the Teamia side.
According to the agreement, the guarantor will contact your system administrator directly or you will provide them with technical details.
After the implementation to your system, the import of positions into Teamio will be fully functional.
We will test the functionality together and finally hand over the service to you.

We guarantee all our customers one service standard, which is the same for everyone and cannot be individually adjusted. This standard concerns the following points:
Teamio is a central position management tool, through which you can operate positions on multiple work servers. For this reason, it is not possible to post positions directly to the target server, but always only via Teamio.
The services are offered by only one XML technology standard, which is compatible with most external client systems. We provide full support for this standard and its active maintenance.
The connection of your client system to our system is usually available within two weeks.
