💡The Export of Candidate Responses service is suitable for you if you need to transfer candidates responding to your job offers posted from Teamio to your internal system (e.g. ATS).
How does it work?
We will create an export interface (API) for you, to which we will automatically send every new response from a candidate to your job ad posted from Teamio (this does not apply to candidates added manually or from the inbox). We will provide you with all the information filled in by the candidate in the response form for a given position, including attachments.
Your recruitment system can then regularly download and import this data. The connection and downloading of responses is already up to your system operator or your integration partner.
Each exported response from a candidate is available for transfer to your system for 6 months via the interface (API) connected to your Teamio account. After this period, the response will no longer be available via the given interface, and therefore it will not be possible to transfer it to your system.
ATTENTION: Only candidate responses received after the date of service activation for your Teamio account will be exported. The service is valid for 1 year, after which it must be renewed in Teamio.
How to request a Responses Export?
Contact your guarantor on the Alma Career side and say that you are interested in setting up the service. If you don't know who your guarantor is, our helpdesk will find it out for you in no time. Or request the service directly in Teamio under the "I'm interested" button.
The Responses Export can be activated for one year. After that, this service will need to be renewed directly in Teamio under the "Renew" button.
What do you need to verify with your integration team?
For the integration to work smoothly, your team should confirm two things:
that it is possible to program regular downloads of responses from the Teamio API,
that your system can process the XML format in which we provide responses.

Mandatory CV cannot be guaranteed
If you use our standard Simple Response Form for your positions, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your CV will always arrive. Attaching a CV is not mandatory in our standard questionnaire, so the applicant does not have to attach it at all. If you want to have a mandatory CV field in the questionnaire, you can set this in your own questionnaire (flexi-questionnaire) in Teamio, which HR staff will then choose to use for the positions.
However, custom questionnaires are only fully supported on the Jobs.cz and Prace.cz portals. Therefore, you will always receive a CV attachment from these portals. The same applies wherever the applicant is redirected to the Teamio response form link – for example, if you use Export positions to the web or a job portal not directly connected to Teamio, or if you share a position from Teamio on social networks. For example, custom questionnaires are not supported in the Práca za rohem application or on the Atmoskop portal. Therefore, the applicant will be shown a standard form where the CV field is not mandatory, even though you have set up your own questionnaire with a mandatory CV field for the given position in Teamio. In general, unfortunately, we cannot fully guarantee that the applicant's exported response will always contain a CV attachment.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the technical limitations of connecting Teamio to various job portals, which make it impossible to guarantee that a CV can be attached to exported responses.
