Setting up the export on the Teamio side is very fast and can be operational in a matter of a few days. However, it is necessary to take into account the implementation on third-party servers, which we cannot influence in any way.

The Position Export service has good compatibility - all information is processed in a format derived from the universal HR-XML designed exclusively for HR systems. Of course, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or speed of data processing by a third party that we send data to at your request.
You can manage all your job ads from one place
You create all your job ads in Teamio as you are used to, and when publishing them, you can choose to export positions to the locations you choose with a single click.
But the benefits of managing ads from one place don't end there. You can edit or cancel an ad at any time, and this change will automatically be reflected in the data export. The export takes place in real time.
Step by step instructions
Contact your guarantor on the Alma Career side and let them know that you are interested in setting up the service. If you do not know who your guarantor is, our helpdesk will find out for you in no time.
Find out who the administrator of the system where you want to send the exported data is.
Contact this administrator and check with them whether their external system is capable of working with the HTTPS protocol.
The system administrator should confirm that they understand and will respect the documentation at https://integrations.teamio.com/export-vacancies/. This will verify that the data transfer can take place without problems on their side.
The Alma Career guarantor will then ensure that the service is operational on the Teamio side.
You will then need to provide your system administrator with the technical details that we will send you.
After the implementation on the external system's side, the export of positions from Teamio will be fully functional.
Together we will test the functionality and finally hand over the service to you.

We guarantee all our customers one service standard, which is the same for everyone and cannot be individually adjusted. This standard covers the following points:
Teamio is a central position management tool, through which you can service positions on multiple job servers. For this reason, it is not possible to post positions directly to the target server, but always only through Teamio.
The export data is processed by the client or the client's supplier. Teamio does not ensure the publication of data on 3rd party portals directly.
The service offers only one XML technology standard, which is compatible with most external client systems. We provide full support for this standard and its active maintenance.
The connection of your client system to our system is usually available within two weeks.
