In complete Teamio, you can assign colleagues not only the role of HR manager, but also Line manager, and in Teamio Enterprise the role of Recruiter. A separate role is then Main user, whose authority is to change the roles of others, edit or create new users, or pass the main role on. This is a role concurrent with others, primarily intended for acting for the company in Teamio.

HR manager

  • Has access to the vacancies of all users and also to all responses to these job openings.

  • Has the right to change company settings (templates, headers, etc.).

  • Access to service usage statistics (allows the user to generate an Excel file with an overview of service usage).

  • Access to recruitment statistics (access to the statistics of all your company's recruitment campaigns in Teamio).

  • May have access to credit account administration (allows creation and editing of credit accounts, distribution of credits among individual accounts and assigns individual users permission to use credits).

  • May be a user administrator (can create and edit other users).

Line manager

  • Has access only to candidates for vacancies that are shared with them.

  • Can add notes to a candidate.

  • Can evaluate candidates using three actions: To invite, Not suitable, Leave for later.

  • Can communicate with candidates if they have the necessary role

  • Cannot change company settings or work with vacancies.

  • Procedure for involving a line manager can be found in our help.

Recruiter

  • They have access only to their vacancies and also to the responses to these job openings.

  • Cannot change company settings.

  • They may have access to shared candidates (in the Candidate search section, also have access to candidates of other colleagues who were once pre-selected, interviewed, or hired, as well as access to the Inbox for incoming messages).

  • They can invite to interviews.

Main user

  • A user in the role of HR manager who has more administrative rights.

  • Creates new roles.

  • Contact person for Teamio.

  • Special standalone role.

  • Detailed information on working with the role can be found in the help.

How to create a new user?

If you want to create a new user, you must be the master user or an HR manager with an extended user management role (this information can be found in Teamio settings in the User management section). If you have this role, you can easily create new users or change and modify the roles of others.

If you want to create a new user, you do it in Settings in the User management section under the New user button. You need to check if you have a free slot for the new user. This will be indicated by the information on how many colleagues you can still involve.

You then fill in the contact and login details of the user and select the role and permissions you want to give them.

You also need to choose the login e-mail address and password for the new user. You will inform the colleague of this password so that they have it available for the first login. And at the first login, we will automatically prompt them to change the password to their own.
