Pausing your Subscription

There are of course occasions where you would like to continue with your training but need a little time off for personal reasons. We understand these needs and are proud to offer a flexible membership that allows you to take a break without having to cancel your subscription all together. In order for us to freeze your account, you must notify us as least two working days before your renewal date/time.

To pause your subscription, please contact us by live chat, email at support@theelocutioncoach.com or by phone on +44 (0) 330 043 98 94. You will need to let us know which date you would like to pause from and our team will manually schedule this in to your subscription.

Please Note: During your 'freeze', you will not be able to access your account or the features attached to your subscription. If you would like to reactivate your account earlier than planned, please contact us ASAP.
