After the audit has been completed (and if necessary reviewed), corrective actions can be completed by the site contact if they have a Telus Audits user account. The corrective action can then be reviewed and signed off or rejected by the auditor or administrator. If the site contact does not have a user account, the auditor or administrator can close the corrective action on their behalf.

Please Note:

  • The audit status must be at Under Review, Assessor Review or Site Review for corrective actions to be completed or closed.

  • To allow the site contact to complete a corrective action the status of the audit needs to be changed to Site Review by the auditor or administrator.

  • For self-audits, site contacts can close corrective actions.
