Did you know when a PPU is expiring or has expired you can add a new version, instead of creating a brand new PPU?

In order to do this first, navigate to the PPUs screen and find the PPU you would like to create a new version for:

Once you have found it put a tick in the box on the left-hand side and then select "Add a new version" from the right-hand side:

You will then be taken to the "Add a new version" screen, where all of the information from the original PPU can be copied over including existing pesticides. This means you don't have to add them all again, you can just select the new harvest year and expiry date!

From here, you can also add any new pesticides that are going to be used as part of this PPU or delete any which wont be used for this harvest year. Then once you're done ensure you click "Submit" and then "Yes" when the system asks to confirm what you would like to do.

Once you have submitted the new version, you will see that the new PPU is shown in the PPUs screen with a status of "Pending":

You now need to review and approval the PPU in the normal way.
