Did you know once you have created a PPU, you need to share it for an organisation to see it?
For example, Supplier A is a direct supplier to Retailer A and the supplier must create a PPU as part of their supplier requirements. Once the PPU is created, crucially Supplier A must share it for Retailer A to see it.
If Supplier A failed to share the PPU with Retailer A then it is likely Retailer A would think that the supplier is not meeting the requirements as they would not see the PPU in the system.
To share the PPU, navigate to the PPUs screen and find the PPU you would like to share:
Put a tick in the box on the left-hand side and then on the right click “Share”:
If there are multiple PPUs to share with the same retailer you can tick multiple boxes in one go and on the right click “Share (Multiple)”
When the “Share with” option comes up, search for the organisation you need to share the PPU with, tick them and then click “Save”:
This will then have shared the PPU with the organisation you selected in the "Share with" screen! To check a PPU is shared, you will see initially see a confirmation message at the top of the screen and then the small people icon can be seen in the "information" section:
