If you don't know how to create a PPU, follow the steps below to find out the first part of the process!
Firstly navigate to Create a PPU from the main dashboard in TELUS Supply Chain:
There are several mandatory fields where information is required when creating a PPU. Firstly you need to select the Supplier and then the Organisation who is to Review the PPU. If both of these are your own organisation simply tick "My Organisation" or or choose one of the organisations from the lists available to you:
Please note: if you are unable to find certain organisations when searching for them whilst creating a PPU, it could be that your organisation is not linked to them in a TELUS Supply Chain.
As well as selecting the Supplier and Reviewer, you will need to ensure you enter the Harvest Year and Expiry Date for the PPU:
Once this key information is entered, you can move on to checking that the crop country of origin is correct. In this example it's the United Kingdom, but it depends on the location of the organisation you select and you may want to use the grower's location so you can instead select to change. Once this is confirmed you can search and enter the crop you would like to include in this PPU:
When the crop has been chosen, please ensure you also put the crop situation in by choosing an option from the drop-down menu:
