Did you know that you can use the Global Gap integration to add the certificates to the system? You will find this under settings, in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Click on GlobalG.A.P. Integration
Here you can review the list of your suppliers and give you the option to link up to the Suppliers Global GAP Information.
When you select link to GlobalG.A.P. it will automatically check if there are certificates and download and add the certificates to the Files section in the system.
Once the files have been uploaded you can then share the files with the retailers they are associated with.
Tick the box on the left hand side, and select share on the right-hand side action list.
If you select more than one box, you can share multiple files in one go. This will speed the sharing process up. You can also select more than one retailer to share the file with.
