When you work shifts through Temper Staff, Temper is your employer and the company you will work at is the hirer. They use Temper’s services to find workers and are regarded as ‘inlener’ in Dutch.
The company plays several important roles during your assignment.
First and foremost, they provide a safe work environment. It’s their responsibility to ensure that the workplace is secure and complies with all legal safety standards, so you can focus on your tasks without any worries.
Guidance on your work is another key responsibility of the hiring company. They will give you instructions and support on what needs to be done, making sure you understand your tasks and have the resources you need to perform them well.
Additionally, the company will have the final say in registering your hours. This means they will track and record the time you spend working, ensuring that your hours are accurately reported for payment. After your shift, you can perform the initial checkout yourself. The client will either accept the hours or register different ones in the end.
