When you work through Temper Staff, you are contracted by Temper. This means that your employment relationship is with Temper and the companies you work for are considered the hirers, or ‘inleners’ in Dutch.
Each shift you work means having a separate labour contract. These are so-called phase A (1+2) contracts with an ‘uitzendbeding’ (agency clause). These separate contracts are generated automatically, based on the framework agreement you signed with Temper.
Temper operates under the trade name Temper Staff B.V., but the official entity name is MQ Temper B.V.. For example, you will see MQ Temper B.V. listed on your payslip.
