You’ll be paid weekly on Fridays, with the earliest payment occurring the Friday of the following week after your shift.
The exact timing depends on the following factors:
Day of the shift
The earliest a payment will be made is on the Friday of the week after your shift. For example, if your shift is on a Monday, you will be paid the Friday of the following week the earliest. Timing of the payment also depends on when the shift’s checkout is completed.
Timing of the checkout
After you have performed the checkout in the app, the company has 7 days to accept it or register hours themselves. If they finish it before Wednesday at 10:00 AM, you will receive your payment that same Friday, provided your shift was the previous week. If they don't manage to register your hours on time, the checkout will be automatically completed based on your checkout or the contract hours.
Examples
Example 1: If you worked a shift that started on Sunday and the checkout is completed the following day, you’ll get paid on the first upcoming Friday.
Example 2: If you worked a shift on Sunday and the checkout is completed on Wednesday afternoon, you’ll receive payment Friday of the following week.
Example 3: If you worked a shift that started on Monday and the checkout was finalized the following day, you’ll get paid on Friday the next week.
Exact date in the app
You can always find the expected payment date in the shift details, but only after the company has checked out your shift. In the app, go to My work and then find your shift in the Pending completion section. If the status of your shift is ‘Waiting for payment’, you can find the expected date in the shift page.
If you're using a Revolut IBAN for your shift payments, the transfer takes a bit longer, and you'll be paid on Monday instead.
Payslip details
