You can’t take vacation days because the vacation pay is already included in your shift’s wage.
However, Temper Staff allows for full flexibility. You can arrange your shifts, work whenever you want, and take holidays whenever you like. You’re not tied to anything but your shifts.
So, while you don’t accumulate vacation days to use later, the vacation pay you earn for each shift is paid out to you immediately with your earnings. It’s that easy!
