A hiring company can cancel a Temper Staff shift at any time through the platform, but certain rules apply:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the shift: If the company cancels more than 48 hours before the shift, there are no consequences for the cancellation. Your contract will not have been created.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the shift: If the company cancels within 48 hours of the shift start time, you are entitled to the full expected pay. You do not need to take any action or claim this fee; the amount will be paid automatically.
Being sent home early: If the company sends you home early, you're entitled to pay for the hours you worked, with a minimum of 3 hours. You can, of course, make a different arrangement with the client if you both agree.
These rules ensure that your time and effort are respected, providing fair compensation for last-minute changes.
