To improve communication with you as an employee, we have set up a WhatsApp community. Participation is completely voluntary. The community consists of two parts: a general WhatsApp community and specific WhatsApp groups in which interesting assignments are shared with a high job opportunity.
Whatsapp Community
The WhatsApp community was set up to provide you with the right information about Temper Staff quickly and efficiently. In addition, we use this group to invite you to new features within the Temper Staff app. So participating is definitely worthwhile!
Signing up is completely free and without obligation. Moreover, your phone number will remain private and will not be visible to other members. Note with the Whatsapp Groups, your number is not private.
Whatsapp Groups
The WhatsApp groups are meant to give you access to shifts with a high probability of acceptance. Think of it as an extra tool to increase your chances of getting the nicest assignments. An extra convenience for you to see these jobs.
The groups are divided by region (Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam) and job categories (Catering, Warehouse Worker and Dishwasher), so you can easily find relevant jobs.
Individual Messages
You also have the opportunity to have an individual conversation with a Temper Staff employee. Here you can ask questions about a shift, and we will be happy to help you find a suitable assignment.
Please note: that we are not available on weekends. Do you still have a question during the weekend? Temper Staff's Support team is available to you on weekends via email or chat. In addition, we will never ask for personal data, such as proof of identity, bank account number or other confidential information. Therefore, never share these details via WhatsApp or by phone.
